Customer Order Specialist

Manage sales orders to ensure the customer receives the products ordered at the right time and in the right place by handling efficient and effective order flow from the moment of receipt and processing up to delivery of goods and after sales

Your role:

- Validate and process sales orders, including manual handling for customers without EDI.
- Check order availability, prepare delivery proposals, and liaise with the Supply planning team.
- Screen complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy.
- Manage special orders and combined shipments, ensuring on-time delivery
- Provide daily analysis, weekly root cause reports, and monthly order receipts and sales reports.

You're the right fit if:

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, International Business or an equivalent academic field.
- You have +2 years of experience in order processing, account management or an equivalent mix of professional experience and academic studies.
- Your skills include knowledge in SAP. Proficient in Excel (V-look ups, IF and Pivot Tables).
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills, fluency in English.
- You are a customer centric oriented person, capable of working independently and being able to solve problems.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
