What's the role?
This position is responsible for creation, maintenance and analytics of all sales and engineering territories within Hilti Latin America. It is a fast-paced role that combines operations and strategy, helping to shape the long- and short-term vision of Hilti and provides good exposure through the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team.

What does the role involve?
- Provide thought leadership, fact base, and tools to facilitate senior management decisions on segmentation and territory set-up across the region.
- Desing and maintain customer allocation
- Provide conceptual and operational support to market organizations in translating regional segmentation vision into local segmentation vision.
- Drive strategic territory management by identifying new business opportunities, improving future territory set-up, and preparing investment decisions.
- Drive operational territory management by monitoring current territory performance and identifying underperforming territories as well as root causes.

What you need is?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or similar
- At least 3 years in positions with comercial planning or comercial Analytics
- Desirable knowledge or experience in Market intelligence
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong Knowledge of Excel, Power Bi
