Quote Specialist

As a Quote Specialist you are responsible for being the first point of contact with Account Manager/ Sales Specialist to provide quotes for IGT equipment.

Your role:

- Provide/Update customer order configuration request promptly and align Quality and first time right orders with Account Managers.
- Track and expedite Quotes to ensure on-time sales.
- Act as a liaison throughout the Quote lifecycle and resolve systems issues.
- Validate and process draft quotes requests.
- Follow and adapt processes, participate in Lean culture, and complete required training.

You're the right fit if:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent academic field.
- 2+ years of Supply Chain and/or logistics related business or administration experience is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledgeable in SFDC and SAP or equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrate critical and "outside the box" thinking, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong organizational skills and a positive, flexible attitude.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an in-office role.
