Job title:
Contact Center Data Intelligence Intern

Your role:
As a Contact Center Data Intelligence Intern, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making and enhance the customer experience across our Contact Center operations. Your work will contribute to optimizing processes, improving productivity, and driving customer satisfaction.

You're the right fit if:

- You are pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Graduation date 2026
- You have experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, with proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
- You have strong skills in programming, workflow automation (Power Automate), and process mapping using flowcharts and logical frameworks.
- You have excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward solving complex problems.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
