We are three sister companies—AdamSmith Law Office (Lithuania) and Eesti Firma OÜ (Estonia)—specializing in commercial law and accounting. With offices in Estonia, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic, we provide a full range of business services, from company incorporation and financial licensing to tax audit support and legal representation.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an independent Corporate Lawyer based in Panama to join our international team. The role is remote and involves assisting clients—primarily from the European Union, Asia, and Latin America—in setting up businesses and obtaining crypto-related financial authorizations in Panama.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients with company formation and legal structuring in Panama;
• Providing legal support on corporate, financial, and crypto-related regulations;
• Managing applications for crypto business authorizations and financial licenses;
• Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating legal documentation for compliance;
• Ensuring businesses meet Panamanian regulatory requirements;
• Maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.

Requirements:
• Law degree (Bachelor’s or higher);
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and financial law in Panama;
• Experience with cryptocurrency regulations and licensing in Panama is a significant advantage;
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely;
• Excellent command of English (C1 or higher); Spanish is a plus;
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
