Operational Procurement Buyer
As an Operational Procurement Buyer you are responsible for performing tactical, operational and transactional sourcing for indirect materials and services for all our modalities across the Americas.
Your role:
- Perform day-to-day procurement operations under the guidance of Team Lead, including sourcing activities and purchase orders creation.
- Manage and support stakeholder relationships, making day-to-day operational decisions with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as purchase order compliance, service level agreement timing, and parked invoices.
- Support projects and new system implementations for indirect services and material customer service.
- Provide customer service support for indirect services and material, as well as vendor master data in America, ensuring quality vendor screening.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor's or currently undergoing degree in Finance, International Commerce, Industrial engineering or equivalent academic field.
- You own 1+ years of Supply Chain and/or logistics related business or administration experience is preferred.
- You are conversationally fluent in Spanish and English. Conversational Portuguese is a plus.
- You are knowledgeable in Ariba, SAP or equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- You are a highly responsible, customer service-oriented individual who excels in teamwork, demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships, exhibits initiative, and is a fast learner.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
