Jr Customer Order Specialist

As a Jr Customer Order Specialist you are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate sales order booking through cross-functional coordination and adherence to booking policies.

Your role:

- Ensure compliance with Global Booking Policy and review all sales order requests.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely, accurate order booking within 48-hour SLA.
- Lead and participate in weekly meetings to align on actions for unbookable orders.
- Coordinate across departments to resolve documentation and booking issues.

You're the right fit if:

- You are currently studying or have a Bachelor's degree Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent academic fields.
- You have +1 years of experience in Order Management or on equivalent field. .
- Experience with, Microsoft Excel, SAP or similar ERP is preferred.
- Proficient level of written and oral communication in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams, handle conflicting priorities, and deal with pressure and constant change.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an in-office role.
