Consultor De Empresas

Objetivo del Puesto

Atención y cierre de ventas en el segmento de clientes empresariales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales mediante la oferta de soluciones integrales en telecomunicaciones (voz, datos, conectividad, entre otros).

Principales Funciones

- Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el segmento empresas.
- Gestionar una cartera de clientes asignada, manteniendo relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
- Realizar visitas comerciales, presentaciones de productos y negociaciones efectivas.
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales personalizadas según las necesidades del cliente.
- Cumplir con las metas mensuales de ventas y otros KPIs definidos por el área comercial.
- Coordinar con las áreas técnicas y de postventa para garantizar la implementación de las soluciones contratadas.
- Mantener actualizado el CRM con información de clientes, oportunidades y actividades.

Requisitos

- Experiencia laboral mínima de dos años en ventas.
- Negociación efectiva: capacidad para llegar a acuerdos beneficiosos con clientes empresariales.
- Cierre de ventas: habilidad para detectar el momento adecuado y asegurar el compromiso del cliente.
- Detección de necesidades: entender el negocio del cliente y ofrecer soluciones a medida.
- Gestión de objeciones: manejo profesional de dudas o resistencias del cliente.
- Conocimiento de Idioma Inglés (Deseable).
- Microsoft Office (básico-intermedio)
